An enclosed playground and lovely open grassed area on Hen and Chicken Bay. The playground is good for older pre-school children and primary school kids. The slide is quite steep and the ladder rungs widely spaced.

Paths: a path encircles the playground within the fence. A walking path runs along the unfenced shoreline.
Sand and water play (non swim or swimming): No.
Large open grassed area: Yes, quite a large grassed areas along the shoreline.

Benches and seating: Not within the playground or throughout the park. There are benches looking out over the bay.

Dogs allowed: Designated unleased areas before 9am and after 5pm.

Parking: Plenty of free street parking.
Public transport: Closest public transport are buses which travel along Great North Road and Lyons Road.
Wheelchair access: Flat grassed area leading to the playground. Foreshore walking path.
